Meditative ambient by freeform impro collective Innercity Ensemble is a free-form improvisation collective with members coming from different sonic backgrounds like jazz, post-industrial, noise-rock and electronics. Their music is full of discrete melodies and subtle rhythms – somewhere in between meditative ambient music, slow jazz and percussive trance.
This album was recorded during three-day long improvisational musical meeting at Palace in Ostromecko, 9-11 July 2013. Thanks to Miejskie Centrum Kultury in Bydgoszcz and Palace in Ostromecko for letting us play in that beautiful place. Special thanks to Tomek Glazik.
